Word to umami

Wednesday, December 3, 2008

Everyone loves parmesan. Well, everyone except Marissa. But she's wrong.
And you know why? Because it turns out it's ~1% umami according to todays' G2. That's right, it has a 1% "deliciousness" factor as wikipedia defines it.
I should be trying seaweed which is apparently a whopping 3% "deliciousness".
